Initiate Return & Exchange

We're sorry to hear your purchase didn't work out! Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Initiate

1. Email us at support@satrangihouse.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a confirmation.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return/exchange in your email.
