Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or if you received a damaged item, such as:

  • Cut, tear, or hole in the fabric
  • Incorrect stitching or other manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Any other issue caused during manufacturing or delivery

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@satrangihouse.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return or exchange.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the approved refund or exchange will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • A ₹250 return/exchange handling and shipping charge may apply, depending on the request and location.
  • If the product is confirmed to have a genuine defect or if an incorrect/damaged item was sent from our side, applicable charges may be waived.
  • Please include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation in your email.
